[TYPO3-core] RFX: #9286: use native JSON-methods instead of 3rd party json script

Hi,

ok, i will work on a more sophisticated solution to
* check charset used
* if not utf8, convert to utf8
* make json_encode()

So noone has to care about the charset when using this function.
