Hi Stan,

indeed this wasn't that hard to modify.
I made a new icon for readonly (lighten up) and used type for foldertree 
as well to have the state for complete tree, attached is a screenshot 
how that looks.
There was already a folder icon for readonly, so i used it. 
Nethertheless these state icons are missing in t3skin
