[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9022: htmlArea RTE: Link-Icon stays grey while trying to link an image in ie7

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When clicking on an image in IE, the link icon stays grey (disabled). So 
the image cannot be wrapped in a link.

Solution:
Selecting an image in IE creates a control selection, not considered a 
text selection. The attached patch fixes the issue by enabling the link 
button whenever the parent element of the current selection is an image.
