[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8996: htmlArea RTE: link to file not updated when changing case in file name

The attached follow-up patch was committed to fix a strange side effect 
of the previous one. FF would sometimes add a span element inside the 
new link, if the class attribute was not removed from the existing link 
before unlinking it!

Committed to trunk (revision 4077) and branch TYPO3_4-2 (revision 4076).
