[TYPO3-core] RFX: #9286: use native JSON-methods instead of 3rd party json script

since PHP 5.2.0 there is no need to include 3rd party script for 
JSON-encoding

Use php funtion json_encode instead

Also typo3/contrib/json can be removed from core
