[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #9276: htmlArea RTE: allow wild cards in lists of allowed class names

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
It would be useful to be able to insert the wild card charater "*" 
within class names specified in lists of allowed class names.

Solution:
Add support for the wild card character in lists of allowed classes for 
block and inline elements.
The manual is also updated.
