Hey Ingo,

yeah, it's the one label that I commited to 4.2 and accidentally there 
was a misspelling in the label call for the "Important Message" about 
the activated installer when an admin logged into the BE. In 4.2.1 it 
only stated "Click here to remove the file". Actually, that's one of the 
reasons I'd like to see 4.2.2 in the very near future!
