+1 on reading and testing.

Another version as discussed on IRC with francois and jeff as a maybe
even better version:

- "Crop lines" toggles the "constants display" drop-down. So "Crop
lines" check box now moved to the right, with "constants display"
drop-down right of it (if displayed). This is to not shift the display
of "display comments" and "sort alphabetically" to the right depending
on the "crop lines" value.
- A header "Display options" instead of the ruler has is introduced
- Fixed minor cgl whitespace and tab issues
