I've updated the patch and changed the following:
* fixed the obvious syntax error mentioned before
* using HTTP constants and redirect function of t3lib_div now
* changed formatting issues and typos in the modified/new files


+1 on reading and testing (with and without installed extensions and the
pEnc functionalities)

However, an extension icon is still missing... but this is not a blocker
for TYPO3 4.3-alpha1. Ready to commit!
