[TYPO3-core] anything missing for TYPO3 4.2.3?

Hi Ingo,

ok, i try to collect them

1) #8205 - here in core list with patch
2) #9676 - no patch now
3) double fields i have to check first, was reported only oraly by Ingo 
Schmitt
4) timezone bug #8746, but is related to #9676
