[TYPO3-core] anything missing for TYPO3 4.2.3?

just a few out of my mind:

* parse_url error with windows still open
* JS of tceforms still broken (+ syntax in date fields, validate in 
double fields)
* one timezone problem still exist

I would like to have these issues solved.
