this is because the plugin replace the built-in-login-CType.
Adding extension with addPItoST43 adds entry to plugins which isn't 
wanted here.

Imho this all could be solved if userFunc would understand extended syntax:
userFunc = EXT:felogin/pi1/class.tx_felogin_pi1.php:tx_felogin_pi1->main

then includeLibs is not necessary as it can be included in userFunc.
