Julle was assigned to take that role. I just created a new project on
Forge [1] for collecting the required stuff and making a draft concept
out of it to be implemented later. The few brainstoring results are
written down in the wiki page of that new project.

And of course, you're invited to bring in your MVC experience there! :)
