[TYPO3-core] RFC #8505: String "File/Files" in Fileadmin are hardcoded

Hi,

this is a reminder and an update of the patch.

Since we have the new common label file i take the labels for 'file'
and 'files' from there.

I add a new label for the units to locallang_mod_file_list.xml and pass this
to formatSize(). Now the units was displayed with B, KB, MB, GB.
