[TYPO3-core] FYI: Cleanup: Removed GPLv3 release of extJS from typo3/contrib/extJS/

The following changes were committed to SVN (rev. 4334)

Description:
The extJS library in the Core was integraded as complete package and
under the GPLv3. Due to this license conflict and many unused files, the
directory typo3/contrib/extJS/ was removed completely for the time being.

Comments:
extJS will be readded later on, but with the following modifications:
* reduced set of files - only those that are really required by the
TYPO3 Core
* with statement/license of the extJS development team that allows TYPO3
to use GPLv2+ for the extJS library
