[TYPO3-core] RFC #8564: Result of t3lib_BEfunc::getProcessedValue is hardcoded

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
In the web > page-module the label saying "Yes" if a content-element is 
hidden, in index and so on  is hardcoded, which breaks the consistence of 
the translation of the BE.

Solution:
Let use the label from the new locallang_common.xml-file.
