[TYPO3-core] RFC #9535: Bug: Folder icons in filelist file tree don't get skinned anymore

Agree, whoever doesn't like that icon, please open a new bug. This fix
will not influence this because it seems like TYPO3 already uses the FTP
icon instead (probably because this one here was missing).
