[TYPO3-core] RFC #9537: typolink class attribute incorrectly transformed on way from RTE to database

Problem:
If an <a> tag entered in the RTE has more than one class name on its 
class attribute, the class attribute is incorrectly transformed. The 
second class name is treated as a distinct parameter of the typolink, 
thus taking the position of the title parameter.

Solution:
The class parameter should be quoted on the way to the database in case 
it contains more than one class name.
