[TYPO3-core] RFC #9505: Make the caches in TYPO3 use the new caching framework

oh crap, I should have tested the last version...

I just implemented the rejected chunks by hand but didn't call the FE/BE 
again, however v2 introduced a method in the DB cache backend a second 
time so that it caused a fatal error...

This one should work now
