[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9490: htmlArea RTE: Opera 9.52 sometimes refuses to insert a node

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When a button is used to insert a paragraph before of after an element, 
Opera refuses to insert emoticon or table or any node inside such paragraph.

Solution:
A workaround was used in order to avoid a bug in previous versions of 
Opera. However, the problem was corrected in Opera 9.52. Now Opera has a 
problem with the workaround. The attached patch removes the workaround.
