[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9484: htmlArea RTE: context menu raises an error when link button is not configured

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
If the link button is not configured in the tool bar, as in minimal 
deafult configuration, the RTE context menu raises a js error.

Solution:
Check the availability of the button.
