[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #9469: Failed to load magic database

Hi!

This is SVN patch request.

Type: bug, no-brainer

Branches: trunk, 4.2

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9469

Problem: if "magic" database is not installed on the server (it is optional actually), TYPO3 will emit PHP warning. The problem is that TYPO3 checks for the availability of the corresponding PHP extension but TYPO3 does not check the result of the call to this extension.

Solution: check if the call was successful.
