[TYPO3-core] Ready for TYPO3 4.2.2? What's missing?

Actually I'd rather delay this for 4.2.3 as the changes seem to be more
complicated (needs more thinking and testing).

PS: And of course I do hope that 4.2.3 will be out in 2 month maximum,
but perhaps earlier.
