ok, here is the Update:

i added following:

$T3_SERVICES
$TBE_MODULES
$TBE_MODULES_EXT
$_SERVER

I sorted it for grouping - unfortunally the FUNC_MENU doesn't allow 
group with --div--. See screenshot attached.
