Problem: classes with element context selectors are not honoured inside 
other context selectors


Solution: Fix "TextStyle.parseSelectorText" and 
"BlockStyle.parseSelectorText" such that ALL classes (<element name 
(optional)>.<class name>) in a selector rule are handled.
