[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9860: Fileadmin: New folders: Singular and plural are the same ("folders")

Hello,

this is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
In the filelist module there is a drowdown, where you could choose how many
folders you want create, there are no separation between singular and
plural:
1 Folders
2 Folders
3 Folders
...


Solution:
Showing only 'Folder' for the first entry.
