[TYPO3-core] RFC #6131: Bug: 'Last login' for FE and BE users not shown in BE

Hi,

this is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The lastlogin fields of be_users and fe_users table are not shown in BE.

Solution:
Add TCA definitions and labels for lastlogin. They are read only as they
are meant to be modified only by login logic. The field is shown in the
general tabs.
