Yes, you suggest this some time ago and i tried this out, but it don't works
for me. 
I made two separate patches and copied the content from one *.diff to the
other. My diff viewer (kompare) shows only the part was in the top of the
file (only one diff).
I post this to the list and other users cant apply the patch. so i decided
to take two files.

Maybe there is another (working) way to get two diffs in one file, so i am
happy someone could explain this.
