Unfortunately tinymce_rte doesn't belong to core projects.
It has corresponding file as class.tx_rtehtmlarea_base.php
and you could propose changes in the google group or better send a diff
againt latest trunk for tinymce_rte

BTW. IMO tinymce_rte should replace htmlarea rte in future as default RTE.
