[TYPO3-core] RFC: #undefined: ClearCacheMenu doesn't work when click on icon

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

BT Reference: (will be added later)

Branches: trunk, 4_2

Problem:
The clear cache doesn't work if you click on the image (icon)
The Problem is that this element has no href, result is an endless 
loading spinner.gif

Solution:
Check if clicked element is IMG

PS i know it's bit difficult without a BT number but i don't want to 
loose it.
