but the patch as it is now, is not really complicated anymore.

And i do not think, that the cache conflicts with the new caching
mechanism. And it would be helpfully especially for extensions - and
perhaps for tt_content too.

What can i do, to get this feature into the core - or will it never get
into the core? (What i could accept, but i would like to have an
decision before 4.3 is out)
