[TYPO3-core] RFC Feature Request #9670 Code-Completion for TypoScript in the t3editor

hej susanne,

i've just tested oliver's patch (posted today at 02:06) on a clean 
checkout and it works fine.
Maybe you need to clear all typo3 caches and your browser cache!

the code.completion should be trigged by CTRL-Space or when you type a "."
