[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #9776: htmlArea RTE: enable stdwrap on the image clickEnlarge a-tag

Problem:
It is not possible to add a class attribute, for example, on the a-tag 
generated by the image clickEnlarge feature.

Solution:
The attached patch enables the use of stdwrap as a configuration 
property of the postUserFunc that renders the clickenlarge attribute of 
the img tag produced by the RTE. Hence, FE rendering may be configured 
to add, for example, a class attribute on the generated a-tag.
