Where is the diff for the labels? I see that the patch makes the UI
localizable, but don't see where the labels are. Most of the oprions use
a stage_-prefix (eg stage_editing), but not the "reject". There the
label is stage_editing.

If the labels are not already somewhere in 4.2 the patch may only go to
trunk as-is. But of course we could add the patch to 4.2 without the labels.
