i don't see a reason for not applying this to 4.2 as it doesn't change 
functionality and isn't a feature, only a bugfix.
So i rewrite this patch also for 4.2.

Reason for this patch is that it fixes more checkbox alignments as it 
includes all checkboxes generated with the beFunc-function, also the 
chackboxes in user admin.
