[TYPO3-core] RFC: 8561 Checkboxes and labels are aligned badly if in one line

Hi,

i reread the whole thread, and i'm very unhappy with the checkbox 
alignment through whole backend.

Now i simplified it and result is a unique look in all tested browsers 
(IE6 should look the same)

I did following:

* added class="checkbox" for all checkboxes called through 
t3lib_befunc:getFuncCheck
* added this class to mod user_admin
* added extra class to input with "checkbox => true"

I didn't used selectors so it's unique for all browsers including IE

i attached screenshots how it looks now.
