[TYPO3-core] RFC #8505: String "File/Files" in Fileadmin are hardcoded

In case you wonder: in German bytes is spelled with a capital.

And I want a space between the amount and the "bytes". It should IMHO be 
eg "5K bytes" not "5 Kbytes". Or we could simply use the usual form 
"5KB" (or "5 KB"). That would be the easiest and we wouldn't need yet 
another label.
