[TYPO3-core] FYI: extensions moved to the core project on bugs.typo3.org

Hey guys,

there are a lot of extensions that are not on bugs.typo3.org - so why 
bother if newloginbox is not there any more.

What I think is important anyway is that the extension is clearly marked 
as obsolete in TER with an upload comment saying that its superseded by 
felogin and feuserlisting respectively. I have asked the newloginbox 
maintainer Stefan Strasser to do that in an email today.
