[TYPO3-core] RFC #8505: String "File/Files" in Fileadmin are hardcoded

Hi

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The unit labels in row who show the amount of files and bytes in a directory
are hardcoded. (look at screenshot)


Solution: 
* add new labels for singular and plural to
typo3/sysext/lang/locallang_mod_file_list.xml

* attached patch
