[TYPO3-core] RFC #8502: Wizards > Create Multiple Pages

Dear people,

this is a HCI-related SVN patch request.

Branches: trunk + TYPO3 4.2

Type: visual cleanup

Problem:
*  Remove List icon top right
* Remove "Create new pages:". So only The header CREATE MULTIPLE PAGES
* Create extra space between input fields

Solution:
- Removed 'create new pages'
- removed 'switch to list module' (For all functions!?)
- Added divs around every page line and one around all lines
- added a stylesheet for styling the wizards

Note that the stylesheet_post.css needs a new import statement:  
@import "typo3-wizards.css";
