We discussed that in Arnheim yesterday, so there is a common in:
"titles" using capitols
other cases: only first letter capitol

Looking to the other menu titles it's consistent.

It was important to start the list with About (TYPO3) which is the main one, 
and not about modules.
Adding TYPO3 only makes it more clear that it's not about menu or about 
anything else.
