[TYPO3-core] RFC #8495: Buttons look like input-field

Hey all,

this is a HCI-related SVN patch request.

Branches: trunk only

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=8495
HCI reference: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/628

Problem:
Right now, the buttons in t3skin are styled the same way as regular
input fields are.

Solution:
The idea is that buttons use the style of the operating system. From a
user perspective this is most recognizable. Minor disadvantage is that
the screenshots for a manual do not necessarily reflect the users
browser. The buttons as they are at the moment are really old skool and
not recognizable as buttons. The only browser that does not seem to
takle the operating system in account is firefox2. The buttons in their
'natural' state do not look sexy at all. Firefox 3 will go final next
month though.
