[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7646: Firefox 3.0 mixes up frames (versions before TYPO3 4.2)

Successfully tested on 4.1.6 with Firefox 3-rc1.

No sideeffects seen with Opera 9.27, IE6, IE7 and FF2.

+1 on testing.
