[TYPO3-core] RFC #7509: TypoScript Editor doesn't save changes in IE7 WinXP

Hey guys,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Editing only the Typoscript setup field through Web->Template, Info / 
Modify does not work properly in Internet Explorer. Changes are not 
saved and the close button doesn't actually close the form. This was 
caused by the switch from a standard submit button to an image instead.

Solution:
Check for "postvar"_x and "postvar"_y rather than just "postvar".

Notes:
This is a similar patch to what was previously introduced for the 
Constants Editor in [1] and [2].
