[TYPO3-core] RFC #8177: top.loadTopMenu undefined

Hey ernesto,

sure... right now, if you install dam and dam_catedit, and you select 
the module Media => Categories and then in the navframe, you click on an 
icon (to display the clickmenu) you'll get a JS error because 
top.loadTopMenu is not defined. The stub function of mine displays an alert.

Also happened in graytree / commerce where I fixed the issue already and 
a new version is already out.
