Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
pageErrorHandling doesn't work with relative files in a subfolder TYPO3 
install

Solution:
Instead of TYPO3_REQUEST_HOST, we use TYPO3_SITE_URL.

Additional Info:
Not sure if this needs to be replaced in other places in this method, or 
just this one. It works fine like this.
Also, there may be other caveats, so feedback is welcome!
