[TYPO3-core] RFC #8264 t3editor: "+" (plus) signs are replaced by spaces

I'm working on a solution using ajax/class.typo3ajax for saving the
code. This would fix the charSet issues and the "+ gets lost"-issue aswell.
I hope i can prepare a patch later today or tomorrow, so this would be
fixed in 4.2.1
