[TYPO3-core] Do not show thumbs at Records

Hi,

Is there a way to set off the Thumbs at Record items, now If I add a news 
item with 3 images, then the images will be shows at the list of Records. 
And that takes a lot of space.

So is there a way to not show that thumbs in that Record list?
