[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8348: htmlArea RTE: ctrl+c and ctrl+x do not work in IE with TYPO3 4.2

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Copying text from within RTE with CTRL+C does not work in IE6, nor in 
IE7. Similarly, CTRL+X does not cut. Only using the buttons in the RTE 
toolbar or the options in the browser menu can these operations be 
performed.

Solution:
Fix incorrect return to the browser on key events.
