[TYPO3-core] RFC #4693: tables definition not compliant with MySQL 5.0 strict mode

Hey,

I'm against getting it in 4.1... it changes the DB and my clients have 
to run a DB comparison again if I update the minor version, that's why I 
don't even like this for 4.2, but I see why we need it in our latest 
release. But the decision is up to the RMs.
